The Lincoln Welding Handbook is an excellent source for initial welding variables for SAW. However, if you need to qualify a wps by pqr or by a code requirement you will need to reference your design requirements, customer requirements, etc.

I have found the manufacturer's data on the specific wire and flux combination is pretty accurate. You can use it for D1.1 prequalified WPSs or to get you a starting point for qualifying PQRs for other Codes.
