Another that we have experience in applying abrasion resistance ceramic coating, please advice. I have a suggestion that certain impeller fan used in the cement industry for transfering cement powder is subject to high abrasion problems and the ceramic coating can prevent the wear off of the fan blade and prolong the service cycle of the fan. Another one that who can advice me on this application is highly appreciated. Operating temperature in not very high (below 200 degree C). Flame spraying or powder spray is better. Some even using Plasma Transfer Arc (PTA) for the deposition purpose. Any further news, please advice me.
