Anyone who have experience in applying wear resistance and non-sticky material as liner in the lining of crusher hammer whereby the raw materials is in the powder form with the present of some moisture inside this machine. Overtime, the powder seem to stick on the wall liner and causing the wall to accumulating these moisture and powder and transform them into solid and hard buildup layer. This problems causing the swing hammer having higher wear rate.

Any good suggestion to overcome this problems or any one who facing similar working environment. Your advice and comments is most welcome.
