It's a long way from NC, but we are always looking for competent pipe welders. Our pipe welders usually get certified to the following:

2" XXH (carbon steel), GTAW half way out and SMAW remaining using ER70S-2 and E7018

2" XXH (carbon steel), GTAW half way out and SMAW remaining using ER309 and E309

2" sch 10 stainless, GTAW (fused root), ER316 cap

4" sch 80, SMAW (E6010 root, E7018 remaining)

As the need arises, we get into some of the nickel alloys.
