Just want to thank everyone for the best wishes. This one will most likely be our last. Mama has had complications with the last ones (premature), but we feel good about this one.
jrw159 :-)
jsut want you to have a happy healthy baby with 10 fingers 10 toaes and everything in place and nothing wrong on the inside i know you're a parent already just be very very careful weeks at a time in the hospital watching while you cant do nothing but pray really sucks.
Brother, I know. The one we lost was born quite premature and it was very painfull to deal with at the time. Thank God, for him and us, that it did not drag out. My youngest boy was born premature and spent a month in an incubator. You sure can not tell it now though, he is full sized, and has my attitude. People are usually shocked to find out that he was a premature baby when they do not know us.
well your not full grown yourself (heighth joke) lol so they will never be able to tell anyway lmao just picking on ya glad all is well with him
Congrats brotha!
congrats!!!! maybe you baby might share my birthday, Oct 6th. good luck to you and momma!!!
That in the week of estimated due date. :-)
Update: :-(
I am sad to say that mama had what is called a false pregnancy. We went in for her first ultrasound two weeks ago, and they saw a fetal sack but no baby or heart beat. Next ultrasound, nothing. They said the body most likely consumed the fetal sack. She has started bleeding and cramping as of yesterday (probably more info than needed) and she goes in this week to see what will need to be done. Hopefully no DNC.

Physicaly, yes, she is hurting mentaly but she will make it. She is a strong woman. Hell she has put up with me and my sh*t for going on 19 years or so. My oldest is 17. LOL That is alot of sh*t.
best wishes to you and family, thats gotta be rough.
I would like to share something with everyone. My wife really had no idea what goes on here in this forum, and still does not fully understand. I showed it to her and what became quite clear to her with this thread is the true bond we all have. She gives me a hard time (playfully) about the time I spend here. Now she knows why. Everybody in this thread has disagreed or saw something in a differant light at one point in time or another and we will again, but when the sh*t gets tuff here we all are.
I have tears in my eyes as I type these words,
THANK YOU ALL!!
John R. West
Thats the way we roll !!!!
Hello John, it has been with a lot of sorrow that I read of your most recent happenings, yet it is great to see your strength and ability to persevere...... no surprise here though. I am sure that you will never forget all the hopes and dreams that have come to mind upon your initial news of fatherhood once again and then having those thoughts changed so abrubtly. Whether we accept or not, the sun rises and shines on a new day, I hope for a speedy recovery and acceptance of this situation so that you and your family can once again experience the happiness that comes with family. I wish you, your wife, and the rest of your family the ability to accept this situation and to move forward to enjoy all of the blessings that you do have. With humble regard, Allan
Allan,
Thank you for those kind words.
John
Hang in there John, tomorrow is as brand new day.
Respectfully,
Tim
Every time something would go wrong for me, my mother would always say, " everything happens for a reason ". Man, hearing those words used to get under my skin when I was younger, but you know what? She is 100% correct. Keep your chin up, and every day that goes by, things will get a little bit better. Best wishes to you and your family.
