Hai Guy,

I was wondering where can I get a Code Book as you all use to represent the materials, the process and procedure of carrying out the maintenance process. What are their cost and how many number of them.Your reply is highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards, KK Chiong

KK,
There are lots of "codes". For us here at our company, we have to adhere to the codes that are specified in our contract documents. As we deal primarily with Structural Steel, the code we use is AWS D1.1:2002. This code covers structural steel used in buildings from "1/8" on up.
The governing codes differ depending where you are in the world and by the type work that you do.
