I grew up in JC.  I have not been in the area for a long time.  But last I heard bulletproof vests are the norm.

ok resizing a pic find the pic in your computer then right click on the pic icon it will ask what you want to do click on open with paint the pic will open with paint look up in the upper left corner of your screen and you'll see image click it then look for stretch/skew click it this will allow you to resize the pic the way i do it is first 75% and then 50% and it's done the idea is to try and make it like a 3x5 photo thats what i go for if ya have trouble email them to me and i'll resize them for ya and send them back or post them for ya
