According to AWS D1.1,2000.SCOPE APPLYING OF THIS STANDARD FOR Mechanical properties ,as Maximum yield stress is 690 N/MM2(MPa).
please,present for me,One standard which have capability use for welding, design,.... of high strengh fine grain steels(for yield stress>690MPa).
