I have access to quite a bit of small diameter stainless tube (.250"-.500") lengths vary from 2"-24". Anyone have any ideas on a cool welding project I could do with my neighbor?

Well you could weld them end to end and use it for water piping in your house depending on how much your talking about, and if the filler and gas is also free.
