typical operating procedures for GMAW

I am trying to write some WPS's for GMAW i am looking for manufacture recommendations. I called my supplier and they faxed me some needless info. I am running a E70s6 prostar by praxair. I have been looking for typical operating procedures on the net but cant seem to find what i need. any suggestions?????

Lots of them. But you didn't give enough information to make appropriate suggestions. What code are you working to? If AWS, are the joints and materials prequalified?

Personally, I find it much easier to write a WPS from a PQR which I designed and performed myself. No guessing.

Here are some manufactures parameters for ER70S-6 for both short circuit and spray that include 100% Co2, 75/25 and 90/10
