I recently got my d1.1 cert. Ive been employed by the San Diego water authority on a tunnel project(my tunnel experience landed me the job) My question is what other certs should I get,(pt-rt-ut-etc.) and what order.
My goal is to be as employable as possible.
thanks

This has been brought up several times in the past.
I think the answer is to aim for some API certs....

Best of luck

The certs I have gotten so far has served me well.
I got my CWI, then MT I and II ,then PT I and II then, RT I and II.
I have always been advised to stay away from UT unless you will be in practice for long periods of time.
If you seek General inspection employability  become NACE certified.
Lots of Inspection agencies have also taken over Coating inspections, and NACE certification was becoming a minimum requirement for employment.
I was going to Try for it , but I landed in a place where painting is not Critical, so its been pushed aside to leave time to prep for my LVLIII.
You could also try to become an AI for ASME.
But at a minimum to be Employable I would Get VT,MT,PT,RT certs of some kind.
