I have a project welding pipe for a public utility. It is large diameter over 24"& .75"  thickness. P1 to P1 and P1 to P2. I can hire it done, for three times the money that I can do it for, with my people. I want to get qualified to do the work my self. Please point me in the right direction. They only want to see ASME paper.  I have SMAW in place I need FCAW-S. If you can take me through this qualification process including Chapy's please respond.
