I was doing some welding this afternoon and looked up at my machine cause something sounded funny and my exhaust pipe was laying sideways and rattling around. I got up on the bed and looked and the pipe had broke off right at the muffler. I cant figure out what caused it. I didnt hit anything. Has anyone had something like this happen?
An old boy told me one day, the only thing that sounds better than a classic Lincoln machine is when you turn it off. I would have to be a long way away to have a straight pipe.
that vantage may work well on the junk iron but i wouldnt depend on it mutch going down the right away dont seem to be working to well on the big pipe they have been turning into lungers fast loud pipes saves lives
Thats kinda what i figured. My old redface had a strait pipe and by the end of the day i couldnt wait to shut it off, and I liked the sound but enough is enough!!
