Hello the Savvy1, you may wish to take a look at some of the equipment from Watts Specialties Inc., they make some very functional rotator/positioners for fairly reasonable prices. We have a couple of their pipe bevelling machines in our shop and I have used their welding positioner/rotators at previous shops that I have worked in.
