Pipe notcher suggestions

Which would you recommend? The press kind seems to be a one shot deal. Life time usage on same cutter. No need to keep buying things over and over. Whereas with the drill kind...gotta buy circular saws (like nitrous, you gotta keep filling, er, buying...) and a need of a powerful drill. Although, the Dewalt cordless that I have cuts through 16gauge fairly easily, but thinking cordless.

Hello Chevy,
You can change those parameters in those fields to search for more days. Add a zero and search for 250 days if you like.

Gracias for the Cool place. Only place I have seen that has all the different type notch machines. I bookmarked this place. Awesome deal there. Talk about a Tool Shed!

I took a drive over to Williams and bought theres. It looks to be made of quality parts. Very cool people also. The price range was on, so I went for it.

I need the notcher now that I'm building the chair. So far so good. I feel like I was meant to do this. And it looks it also(although it was tough along the way, hit a couple of hard bumps...LOL) I just finished the backing today. I'm waiting on tubing so I can begin the seat.

ive had both of them and the williams lowbuck tubing nothcher is the only wat to go

I just finished re-adjusting the saddle(female part) becuase when the die (male cutter) was pressed down fully, it was off by a bit on the left side. Every notch I tried had failure on the left side. After adjusting it and re-welding it :) it now works as was originally planned.

I Built a home-grown stand for the notcher and it seems to work ok. So far so good on the notches since the re-adjustment.

Very cool tool indeed.
