My dog sleeps about 20 hours a day.  

He has his food prepared for him. 

He can eat whenever he wants, 24/7/365. 

His meals are provided at no cost to him. 

He visits the veterinarian once a year for his checkup, and again during the year if any medical needs arise.  For this he pays nothing, and nothing is required of him.  

He lives in a nice neighborhood in a house that is much larger than he needs, but he is not required to do any upkeep.  If he makes a mess, someone else cleans it up.  He has his choice of luxurious places to sleep.  He receives these accommodations absolutely free. 

He is living like a king, and has absolutely no expenses whatsoever.  All of his costs are picked up by others who go out and earn a living every day. 

I was just thinking about all this, and suddenly it hit me like a brick in the head :

My dog only understands French, but the only French I know is "venez ici", which means "come here". So when I want my dog to "come here", I just say "venez ici".  The problem is that when I need him to "go over there", I don't know how to say "go over there" in French, so I have to go over there, and say "venez ici".  I've tried to talk to him about this several times but he just ignores me and keeps on typing.

c'est un bon chien monsieur. Most French people will motion lots with their hands when talking, so just point when you want him to go over there.

My dog is afraid of thunder. He humps the mailman. He barks when people leave.

He eats the cat's poop, comes in and throws it up on the carpet, then licks it up again. Then wants to cuddle.

Reads like the dog in the movie "Marley and me." Or "Me and Marley?" :) :) :)

Todd Palin?  Is that Sarah Palin's husband??? I really dunno who these folks are because I'm an Independent, so I tend to focus more on the issues... Who is this person anyway???
