Looking back The principal reason there were so few military trials is the tireless campaign conducted by leftist lawyers to derail military tribunals by challenging them in the courts. Many of those lawyers are now working for the Obama Justice Department.
That makes me sad, these people are now in the government!!!!!
Who do they work for.......this is a war so why not let the military do its job!

It makes it easier for them to "escape" and get back to causing problems, since they are closer to home.
