Desktop tool from AWS for welding product search

This is something new we are doing to help you locate sources for things you need at work. It's a tool that sits on your computer desktop so you can enter categories and it provides sources.

When I clicked on the link it said I was the 1,000,000th person to visit the site and I won a Laptop !
Is that linked to a scam ?
