Just for curiousity, could anyone tell me who has product on the military qpl??? and what products would they be ???

Which QPL?
The QPL's are based on their corresponding MIL-spec for a type of filler metal.

ok well, lets say 7018m and or 8018c3 or even 11018m.

check out fss.gsa.gov and search for MIL-E-22200. The corresponding QPL will be referened from that spec.
