What are you cutting out exactly? Are you talking round tube for hand/guard rail on stairs? I've seen some at Tractor supply, the steel ones but they really like them $$$$. I have bought some stuff from these guys, R.E. Lee Co. and was happy with their service, here's a link.

Not sure if that is what your looking for though. Here are some other links from a yahoo search.

Check out 'www.pipesaddlelayout.com.  There is a page where you can enter in you pipe OD, ID, Ell Angle and have information to make a 16-division layout (or 64-division layout in the case of something like a 30" pipe template).  There are also pages for mitered ells, replacement industrial v-belt calculator, and other information. Hope this helps.

I have used all of the wrap around templates for torches and whenever possible I use the saddle jig for the chop saw.  It is faster and cleaner.  It gives more versitility for things like handrails when the saddles are not square.  It only takes one template to cut from 1/2 to 4 inch saddles.
I am on my third one and they are the best investment i have made in a long time.

Google. metal geek and go to coping calulater, it'll give you free paterns to copy on your printer. I then transfer them to vinyl fabric

thanks for the help guys!!!! i wasnt to clear on my post, what i meant is if you making rails for steps that come down at a 45 deg angle your angle on the top rail is like 135 deg. wich would be two 67.5 degree cuts, that would make your rail come down at a 45, theres times they want the steps coming down at a 40 deg or 38 deg, i was just wondering if there were saddle patterns for all of them angles. and yes its using 1 1/2 or 2 in pipe.

I think you might be misunderstanding the reason for the different angle on the stair rails.
There is not a set degree of pitch for stairs. The pitch is determined by the rise and run of the steps. Given no space restrictions, you could make all steps come out to a certain degree of pitch but you would have to vary the tread depth in order to do so. Tread depth is something that does have a general set dimension, usually 10 inches.
Never the less, I usually just lay a speed square on the pipe and mark the angle desired and cut with a porta-band saw.
Good luck too you.
