Looked like it was 42". My guess is they are stockpiling it for the Ruby Pipeline that goes from Opal, Wy to southeast Oregon.

Damn glad to see that they're getting pipe to the yards. They've been pushing that Ruby line back for the last 6-12 months so atleast it's getting closer. Pipe on the the ground means pipe in the ground before long!
