I have a 1957 900 H D sporster frame that needs a little welding where it has set for years, I moved it the other day and , well I aint going to build another, to old.
The frame is still ok, it set on concrete. It needs about 4" of pipe and she is good to go.
For you youngens this is a ridged frame with the shifter on the right and brake on the left.
It has wheely bar (brackets) welded to frame and air shifter brackets. No wheely bar or air shifter.
Stock frame with no numbers.
I am in central Tx. 30 mile east of Austin on Hwy 290 east.

damm that's a shame....I could not have done anything with it but ....well just hate to see it go!! Somebody really wanted it somewhere....

hauled a lil load of scrap today to san antonio and it brought 9.50 a 100

when i called they told me 9.00 when i rolled across the acales they told me 9.50 i think it depends on the thickness and the amount you have i only had 1360 lbs and an old rad. from a machine after i cut the steel off the rad. i got 1.50 a lb for the rad it paid 36.00 not a bad trip wished i would of had more to take up there. i took it to ashleys steel and recycling in san antone i called tohers the lowest was 7.00 a 100 and diesel in san antone is 2.85 a gallon i waited til i got back to pleasanton to get fuel it's 2.79 there
