My boss said everybody got to know WPSs.  Nobody in my shop nos what one is.  We build beens and collms for schools and got lots of inspeters that make us weld reel good.  Why do we need a paper to tell us how to weld?  We dont read english good.  I work in lots of shops and they never make us do it.  Why this one dose?

With a post count of 1 and a suspiciously interesting signon name, I suspect someone is pranking us judging by all of the intentional spelling and grammer errors that are glaring at us.

Yep, just the thought of this being serious makes my head hurt.

Heheee.  Good chuckle for a Wednesday.  I pulled this out of the round filing cabinet.... it might fit right in to this thread.  The quality is not so great, it came from the era pf photocopy funnies, you remember .... the ones that preceded e-mail funnies.

BWAAHAHAHAHAA!!! :-)

The company I work for is probably going to make me pay for this keyboard and monitor if I can't get it to work after I get the coffee cleaned up.

My note to HellTaco

Everyone knows that WPS's stands for Whoops! which is the universal language that all welders holler out when they fu** up.  Now I know that you make lots of mistakes, and your boss knows that too.  That's why he wants ya'all to learn to holler out "Whoops!" everytime you make one.  That alerts the inspector to come over and observe your mistake.  It's all part of the new quality control codes currently being implemented.

Judging by your signiture, you may be working near the southern border.  In that case, although "Whoops" is considered a universal language, you may want to practice hollering "Yo Whoopso", as in "I fu** up", or "Whoopsamanos", and in "we fu** up".  Either way should be adequate to bring the inspector.

And remember to keep them spare electrodes in the dirt right under your foot so you can find them readily.
