Metallizing Process Anyone Familier W/ It?

Is anyone familier with the differernt methods of matallizing?
I know theree is flame spraying and I think the other method it Electric Arc.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of either?
I visited a shop last week that used the arc method, and a co worker visited a place last year that used the flame spray method.

I looking for general information about the proceses.
I did search here but there's not much on it.

Any articles or links would be appreciated.

I worked at ashop last year that used a flame spray application for
galvanized repairs. worked real good eay to learn how to use Joe
