Anyone work to the AREMA railroad code section 15 Fabrication?

I see that it calls for stiffiners welded in to be in full contact for like 70% of its length w/ out any gaps exceeding 1/32".

Also copes and rat holes call for a 1" dia radius.

Any other issues gonna jump out a ruin my day that I may not be aware of?
