Are there any alternative way to qualify a welder on 6G, to unlimited thickness if the required pipe on the WPS is not available.

The way your question is worded, the answer has to be "no" if you can't meet the WPS requirements. However, there may be an alternative to resolve the problem. What is the required pipe diameter, thickness and materials spec?
