Last time I worked in Europe, it was France. Chalon-sur-SaƓne. They had 32 hour work weeks, and no more than 240 days a year.
First day of work there was no problem. The next day we tried to work there was a bonfire blocking the road in that had flames reaching up to 50 ft.
When they found out we were working 60 hour weeks to get the project done, they went on strike. We spent the next 2 weeks touring Europe on the company dime, while they sorted out the labor dispute.
