I took my cert test before i completed school, I passed. I ran into some problems which kept me from signing the paperwork to be sent to AWS for my card. It has been a month and a half since my results came back. Is my test still valid or do I need to retest?

Welcome to the forum.
Not really enough information.
Was the school an AWS certified facility or just a school offering welding.
It really won't matter as AWS D1.1 puts the burden of qualification on the employer.
But contact the tester they should be able to tell you.
