For fabricated products manufactured to in-house or industry design code, can we apply combination of standards like dimensional tolerance according to EN _____ and welding according to AWS or ASME for example.

In my opinion, if your client agrees, you can. BUT, this change must be clearly stated on the purchase order or some other written document that will be considered an additive to the purchase order.
An important thing to be considered is who will be held responsible for the change: you or your client.

The reason I asked is because our current WQTs and WPSs are according to ASME code and the welding quality level and tolerances specified for the fabricated products are acc. to EN....
Probably for this project we would follow EN codes and arrange for new WPS/PQR and WQT.
