Finally recieved my copy of the d1.1 2010 today, come to find out, it is missing pages 259 thru 306. pages 211 thru 258 are repeated. has anyone encountered this with the latest version? also how much of a P.I.A. is it to get a replacement copy. fortunatly, i don't think i need any of the information that is missing with in the next month or so, but you never know.
UPDATE: called the aws bookstore, apparently they have had a number of complaints about missing pages. they are sending out a new copy today with a return postage slip for the defective one.

Whew!, my copy isn't missing those pages and there are no duplicates either.
