If one wished to be "multi certified"....Do TWIC, "L" nuke, and Dept. of defense secret security clearances have any sort of reciprocity between them? Or do you have to get all of them to go from site to site?

I recently had clearence at a DOE Nuclear facility. I applied for an inspectors  position for an outage at a nuke and
the company wouldn't hire me because they said they would have to redo my background and didn't want to pay for it.
They would not accept my DOE clearence
I also got the TWIC only because i lost a job not having it haven't been asked for it since. DOE  had no idea what it was  lol
Many years ago i played in a few Nukes and the clearence was transferrable from one nuke to another but this was pre 911
im not sure if its still transferable or if it just speeds up application processing  Joe
