Hello.  Does anyone know where we can find a hydrogen relief heat treatment standard  or reference document for in service pressure vessel?
Thanks

Carlos,
PWHT of pressure vessels is described on ASME VIII Code. From other questions you've posted on this Forum, I deduct that ASME VIII is the standard you're using for your pressure vessels.
Follow it strictly and you'll be all right.

Carlos...ASME VIII-I is a construction code and doesn't address hydrogen bake out at all.  For that information, you will need to look at the NBIC or API 510.

ASME VIII is not a design nor a construction handbook. It's a safety manual. It's primary purpose is not to teach you how to design or construct a pressure vessel. Its primary purpose is to tell you: "If you design and construct a pressure vessel according to the rules contained in the ASME VIII Code, the vessel won't explode".
So, if you carry out the PWHT following the procedure stated on the Code, your vessel won't bust. Don't bother about hydrogen. At the PWHT temperature and soaking time, hydrogen has long been expelled from the weld and HAZ.
