Does ASME Sec.VIII Div. 1 specify some limit hardness values for materials after PWHT (as NACE MR0175)?

The only section that requires it is section UF-31 specifically for liquid quenched and tempered SA-372 forged material. Unless you have this specific application, then no hardness testing is required after PWHT for any other material.
