Nice looking pig Cactus...

   Man a friend of mine smoked some wild baby pigs yesterday.. They were maybe 15 to 20lbs... Just gutted them, cut there heads off and legs at the knees.. Burnt there hair off with a torch and stuck them on at 200 degrees for 11hr..

  I DON'T like wild pig but holy cow this was by far the best pork ( Domestic or wild ) I have ever had..!! It was unbelievably juicy and had almost no fat... I was very pleasantly surprised.. I guess leaving the hide on kept it juicy..!!! 

  Give it a try if you have that many hogs..
