Hey Cumminsguy, you better batten down the hatches, sounds like it's coming your way.

I was in a hotel room two hours from home when this round hit. One of the guys I worked with said he woke up to tornado sirens and emergency vehicles. He stepped outside the room and door shut behind him locking him out! I didn't here a thing that night. Got home to two 75ft trees laying down in the field, a yard full of damaged shingles but for the most part just a lot of downed trees. Two hour drive home and trees down the whole way. I've seen lots of roofs being replaced but nothing near as bad as what hit Ar, Al, and Mo.

Glad nothing too serious, and no one hurt. I'll be glad when this "Spring" is over. I have a feeling we may be in for it here soon. So far we have been on the cold side of this mess, but the jet stream is changing and that will bring the storms north to us. Time to get the cave cleaned out and stocked, I guess.

I feel the same. Spring around here kinda sucks anyhow. Usually not much of one. Get a few days of actual spring weather, tons of rain and tornado warnings then BLAM!!!! It's 95 degrees outside!! Well, good luck with those storms, hopefully nothing eventful your way. They said this was the worst year for tornado's since 1950 or something around there. There have been something like 550(?) tornado's this year!
