Does any one have a good source on used auto cranes? I would like one in the 3 to 4k lb. range.

theres a junk yard in san antonio texas that deals in wrecked utility vehicles i have seen quite a few cranes mounted on wrecked trucks sorry i dont know the name

All wheel drive and equipment is a "truck rigging" company...they take trade ins on autocranes..they used to have a yard full of em. they are located in tulsa..ALL WHEEL DRIVE AND EQUIPMENT> ask for gary chandler.

Sounds good. I'm in no hurry. I'll probably have to just rebuild mine anyway wether I keep it or not. Thanks again for the leads. I'll look up the place in Tulsa and see if there's a deal to be had.

Auto crane is based out of Tulsa. They have a website and I am sure that they can hook you up with a dealer or device center in your area. www.autocrane.com
