I must be looking at the wrong job boards because I'm not seeing many Inspector jobs in the Dakotas.  With all the welding going on up there you would think there would be a big need for inspectors.

The only job post that I saw was a few months ago with Aerotek for 30/hr, man camp, 50-60 hours a week, no mob/demob pay.
Not all that exciting huh?

I agree, the recent work in Whiting, In and Aiken, SC had lots of inspection opportunities to match the welding jobs. I have wondered the same thing.

It's the SVR site MOX facility. I have had a couple and seen several opportunities there. Still see some every month. It has been going on for a few years and still a few to go...could be many years.
