Is this for real?  Are you posting it for us to get a laugh from?  Do I even want to get into all the issues with this ad?  Well, let's try the first one anyway:

An ARC WELDER!!!  Really!?  All electric arc welding is ARC WELDING.  GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SMAW, SAW, etc.  They could have at least specified 'stick welder'.  Would have been more accurate than 'ARC Welder'.

Oh well.  Hopefully someone out there needs a job and will respond.

Have a Great Day,  Brent

From my understanding a toilet scrubber makes more money than that in New York

The duties list is a long winded way of saying  "Preps, fits and welds".

Well, at least they spell out exactly what you need to do. Insert correct electrode into portable holder, Hahaha!!! I laughed the whole time I read it!

I don't know why they can't find enough qualified welders. It must have something to do with the shortage of skilled tradesmen in the U.S.

The solution; cry, ***** and moan that the only way to solve the problem is to allow more low wage workers into the country.

Dualie......hyuck hyuck hyuck, you got it.

Oh, and if it wasn't an ad in new york where there is obviously some special license, they would advertise for a "Certified Arc Welder"......
