Most people get a Shirley's cables remote.  They're outta Louisiana.

Shirley is the lady you want

Yeah, Cables remotes, about the only one I've heard of or seen really. Call down there or call Stumpf's Welding sells Cable remotes on their site too, not sure if they sell them at Bill's or not. Looking at Stumpf's website right now for some parts for my machine and noticed the Cable remotes.

Is that fairly new Pickup? I called a year or two ago and don't recall a website. Glad I got a link now, one day I'll own one!! But a remote for an SA250 is not as inexpensive as the 200 for some reason.

Yep. Just recently stumbled across it. I was going to mention Weldtron but I see Ted did. I like the size of their box but don't know much about them. Maybe Ted could tell us some more about them.

It works. I hooked mine up on my 69 red face in about four hours using the direction supplied. The box is quite durable but not bullet proof. The finger tip control is some what fragile, not for every day use. I use my ftc for testing and tie-ins when i dont have a perfect fit up. I think McCracken said cant get them wet either. I have used mine when wet withoutt any drama. Could be dont drop it in a puddle.

Look at Weldtron also. Had mine for almost four years with no problems. Plus they have a fingertip control that can be pur on the stinger in the event no one is available to run your heat.

That's pretty slick right there and the remote box is very small!
