Please tell me which country's standard is Inco 72. I only know Inco 72 is Ni Cr alloy. If possible, You'd better tell me its chemical composition.

Inco 72 is a trade name for an electrode/filler wire produced by Special Metals Welding Products. Here is a link to the specs and data sheet:
