Apparently the machine is not available except in a limited number of states so it is hard to find anyone with hands-on experience. I am also interested in how it compares with the Lincoln PM300, another pulse MIG machine. You should try this link and do a search. http://www.hobartwelders.com/mboard/ Good luck, Scott.
The full release date is some time in may, according to ASKANDY at the miller site.
Just tried one today at an Air Liquide open house. The Miller rep was able to help me get it set up and weld .050" aluminum. It was on the edge of it's (or maybe "our") limits but I think with practice it would handle that material O.K. I can't compare that to a PM300 not having used one before. The pulse was very effective and looked great on heavier material.
