So we have began the welding process, Got the wire dialed in very nice.  This is again the Stainless Zeron 100 super duplex.  We used a FCAW-G dual shield wire and it was quite the ***** to dial in.  I had been on the forum a few times trying to work out the problems and we have finally got through them. So thank you to all who chipped in their two cents! I attached some photos!

Thanks Again!

Mind telling us the parameters you settled with?

yea we ended up running about 23.5 volts and between 285-275 WFS... esab said to run more WFS but it was giving us big problems... The wire digs quite well.  Run a decent stick out too like 3/8+

Keep Welding!
