Choosing your customer wisely allows you to focus on that limited range of capability and take on that occasional “stretch” project with limited risk of failure or loss.
Excellent article to digest for my colleagues who have recently had to experience the dreaded recession/work drought... It can get you out of the tailspin of confusion you may find yourself in if you use it as a starting point to help get your business back up and running if you take advantage of the sage advice found in this article... I mean what do have to lose? Time? You already have plenty of that so, put it to good use!
