SMAW,ELECTRODE:ENiCu-7,but can not pass the corrosion test after welding. ANYONE WHO CAN TELL ME THE REASON WILL BE REALLY APPRECIATED.

First we need to know what material you are welding, 2) I couldn't find a reference to the ENiCu-7 but I did find one on ERNiCu-7. So I guess a little more information is needed. Application, material and son on

Thank u,Billm.
ENiCu-7 is stick electrode, while ERNiCu-7 is wire accordingly. The welding joint is required to resist the corrosion from cl-. After welding, I made many corrosion experiment through the method of copper sulfate-sulfuric acid test, but each time it failure to pass the test of intercystalline corrosion. I cant get the idea.would u like to give me the solution?

first, you must keep the heat input at a lower leve1,second ,i think you should analysis the chemical of Nb,the contents of Nb should keep lower too.
good luck!
