Hello my friends
i need to write a WPS for Weldox 700
the joint type is fillet
something i must know:
1-welding using MIG or MAG or TIG for root pass?
2-for welding a 9mm plate is it necessary to weld use SMAW for filling pas?
3-what PWHT should be apply?
4-i have plates of 9mm and 25mm thickness to weld on 38mm plate, can i use only one WPS? or 2 WPSes should be employed?

yes and it's for fabricate Flynns Buckets

http://www.ssab.com/Brands/Weldox/Products/Weldox-700/ would be a good place to start for actual welding requirements.

Then consult the specific code used for fabrication to see what variables ranges need to be qualified.
