Data sheets, with information on how to weld the materials, are available in the Stoody literature library at:

http://www.thermadyne.com/stdy/literature/nickel-electrodes.asp?div=stdy

"Stoodite" is Stoody's trademark for the stellite alloys. Just select the form (wire, rod or coated electrode) that you will be using and read the data sheet. If you have more specific questions, post them here and we'll try to help you.

This is the website of the trade mark owner for stellite. Although I have no experience with this material I imply from the fact that they provide the material as consumables in the form of powder, tubular wire, rods, and coated electrodes that a wide range of processes is available. Surely they can be helpful.

Google for "stellite" got lots of responses

Given the upper case type and wording of your querry one can't help but wander. Did you expect some one or all to gush forth with tomes of information for you.

Your querry came across more like a demand.

Try posing a specific question.
