Can someone tell me the value of the program that is sponsored by ASNT, in their certification program called ACCP ??? I have researched the ASNT site and they do not mention it. And yet PDQNDT has a client in New York that requires all CWI's to have this cert.

It is just like a regular 3rd party ASNT cert but you actually take a practical hands on examination.

The main difference is the cert is yours and not your companies. It is very beneficial if you want to work overseas.
