Would like to see if anyone knows the Detroit Metro area for welding related employement. I became a CWI IN 1980 CWI #80113811. I was one of the 1st CWI's and averaged 96% on the three part exam. Worked as a Nuclear level II Lead weld inspector for 5 years, welding instructor for 2 years including CWI prep course. I have not paid to keep up my cetrification current and wish to re-enter the QA arena. For the last 15 years I have been responsable for U.S.Army review and approval of contract clauses etc for welding as a small part of my resposablities.
