to answer your question
310 ss is harder than 430 ss, in the annealed state
combine them you form a duplex stainless steel, which is basically being done...
but it is now about how much of each is in the weld metal ie dilution
also need to think about pre and post heat
you have many more things to think about
than just filler metal
consulate a welding engineer, who then needs to consulate a welding metallurgist....
both should then consulate me
