I want to qualify a procedure for CRO in the 3G downhill position. I believe that ASME Section-IX para. QW-405.4 (c) and (d) say that this procedure would only be good for vertical downhill use. Am I correct? Also, I believe that QW-404.12 is saying that if I want to have a procedure for 309, and another one for Inconel (622, 625), that each one would require a new PQR. I that correct?
